11 ¾ ozs Whole Grain Spelt Flour
1 pinch salt
7 ¼ ozs Sourdough (wheat or spelt; refreshed or leftover starter).
2 eggs
2 tsps honey
9 ozs Oat Milk
2 tsps Baking powder
2 Blood orange
1 oz Dark chocolate
1 ½ ozs Pistachio
2 Tbsps Coconut oil
4 Tbsps Soy yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour, salt, sourdough, eggs, honey and oat drink. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.

2.

The next morning, remove, stir in baking powder and let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel blood oranges and cut into pieces. Chop chocolate and pistachios.

3.

Heat oil in a frying pan and pour 2 heaping tablespoons of batter into each pan. Bake over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Bake the entire batter like this.

4.

Divide pancakes among plates, serve garnished with soy yogurt, blood oranges, pistachios and chocolate.
