Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Remove the core and chop.

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Rinse the chilis and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely chop. Peel the avocados, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Squeeze the lime. Mix the avocado with the lime juice, shallots, chilis, and diced tomatoes until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve with tortilla chips.
