Spicy Yogurt Smoothie
Healthy, because
Even smarter
Nutritional values
The yogurt is packed with bone-strengthening calcium and, with plenty of potassium, ensures a good balance of fluids. The gently draining effect is further enhanced by the mineral water.
If you like it spicy, you can spice up the smoothie with chilli at will. This also boosts the fat metabolism and makes it even more refreshing.
