2 Steak (each 180 grams)
1 garlic clove
2 centiliters sherry
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp finely chopped thyme
150 milliliters Beef broth
1 Tbsp butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
6 Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

Season steaks with salt and pepper and sear on both sides in hot oil to desired doneness, about 8 minutes. Then take out and let stand briefly.

Rinse the tomatoes. Peel garlic and very finely chop.

3.

Sauté the chopped garlic in the drippings and deglaze with sherry and broth. Add tomatoes and allow to reduce slightly. Stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the cold butter.

4.

Serve steaks with herb sauce and tomatoes. If desired, serve a mixed green salad with the steaks.
