Refreshing: Strawberries provide the body with plenty of fluid. In addition, the fruits provide blood-forming iron and blood pressure-lowering potassium. The essential oil menthol, which is neatly present in mint, relieves mild headaches and helps with digestive complaints.

You still have some left over from the stuffed avocado? To prevent the cut surface of the avocado from oxidizing, water can help as well as lemon juice: Simply cover the clean avocado half with water in a bowl and store it sealed in the refrigerator. The airtight seal guarantees that the cut surface will not turn brown.
