Nutritional values

The peanut filling is great for dieting and contains magnesium and B vitamins, as well as protein. Vegetarians in particular benefit from this because 100 grams of peanut kernels have more protein than a small steak!

If you serve crispy whole wheat baguettes with the filled cucumber cups, the finger food becomes a small main meal that keeps you full longer thanks to the particularly rich dietary fibers.
