- 1 Pretzel (about 80 grams)
- ½ small carrot (about 40 grams)
- 1 Tbsp Shelled peanut
- 1 slice Smoked turkey breast (about 30 grams)
- 2 Tbsps Quark (about 40 grams)
- salt

1 Cutting board, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Fork, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Bowl, 1 Aluminum foil
Preparation steps
1.
Cut pretzel bread in half lengthwise and scoop out the inside.
2.
Rinse and peel carrot. Coarsely chop carrot and peanuts.
3.
Cut turkey breast into very fine strips. Mix with carrot, peanuts and quark. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Fill the hollowed pretzel bread with quark mixture and reassemble. Wrap well in aluminum foil.
