Preparation steps

1.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Rinse the basil, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Peel the garlic. Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling salted water. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water, then peel. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds. 

2.

Puree all the ingredients in a blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
