Preparation steps
Rinse tomatoes, wipe dry, cut out stems and cut tomatoes into eighths.
Rinse basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and reserve some for garnish. Cut remaining basil into thin strips.
Combine basil strips with tomatoes and soy milk in a blender, season with salt and pepper and add ice cubes. Puree until frothy. Pour into a glass, garnish with reserved basil leaves and serve immediately.
