- 150 grams Daikon radish
- 100 grams soybean sprout
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 400 grams Tuna steak
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 50 grams Herb butter (finished product)
- Lettuce
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Baguette
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the radish and cut into thin strips. Place the radish strips in very cold water.
2.
Rinse the sprouts and tomato. Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and dice. Drain, mix the sprouts and tomato, marinate and season lightly with salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Add the radish strips.

Cut the baguette and toast until golden brown in hot oven, remove and allow to cool slightly.
4.
Cut the tuna fillet cut into thin slices. Sear in 2 tablespoons of hot oil in a pan for 1 minute each on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the herb butter into slices, add to the pan and remove from heat. Let infuse for a few minutes.
5.
On each slice of baguette, place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tuna and some radish sprout salad and serve.
