500 grams mixed Lettuce
400 grams turkey breasts
3 Oranges
2 Grapefruit
1 lemon
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp Mustard
½ tsp sugar
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, trim and spin dry. 

2.

Peel oranges and grapefruit with a sharp knife, remove the white skins and cut along the inner skins to remove the fillets.

3.

Reserve the juices.

4.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

5.

Cut meat crosswise into slices. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a pan and saute until cooked, about 5 minutes.  

6.

Mix together 5 tablespoons of the reserved juice, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the olive oil. Toss the lettuce with the dressing. Top with the orange and grapefruit fillets and turkey. Serve immediately.
