Wake-up Energy Balls

Nutritional values
Dates not only bring sweetness to the wake-up energy balls, but also a good portion of potassium, which can regulate blood pressure. In addition, the theobromine from cocoa stimulates the blood circulation in the brain - and we perform at our best.
For many people it may be unusual to eat coffee beans at first, but in many other countries this is normal. In Italy, for example, it is common to have a chocolate-covered coffee bean with your coffee. In the Wake-up Energy Balls they provide a delicious crunch.
