Preparation steps

1.

Rinse all vegetables. Rinse and tear watercress into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut radishes and mushrooms into thin slices.

2.

Cut chives into rolls. Place vegetables, mushrooms, chives and watercress in a bowl. Whisk vinegar with oil, season with salt, pepper, sugar and mustard and toss with the salad. Serve on salad plates.
