Preparation steps

1.

Mix cream cheese with milk. Rinse herbs, shake dry, chop and mix in. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Spread cream cheese on 2 slices of bread and top with remaining slices. Cut in pieces about 2.5 x 2.5 cm (approximately 1 x 1 inch).

3.

Rinse apple half, remove seeds, cut into very thin wedges, halve wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice.

4.

Rinse grapes. Thread everything on 4 wooden skewers.
