- 10 ozs mango pulp
- 9 ozs pineapple cubes
- 1 organic lime
- 3 ½ ozs Cottage cheese
- 7 ozs Kefir
- 3 ½ ozs Coconut water
- 1 Tbsp Shredded coconut

Preparation steps
Cut mango into cubes. Rinse lime in hot water, rub dry and peel off zest. Then cut lime in half and squeeze out juice.
