4 ozs cooked crayfish (Fresh or Frozen), or Jumbo Shrimp

1 Peeler, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot (with lid), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups

Preparation steps

Peel carrots and celery root and cut into narrow strips about 2 inches long.

Peel garlic and finely chop.

Combine carrots, celery root, garlic, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and fish stock in a pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat until vegetables are tender, 7-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the dill, shake dry and pluck leaves.

Place crayfish tails on top of vegetables in pot, cover and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes more.
