- 3 carrots
- 1 pc Celery root
- 1 small garlic clove
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard seed
- ½ cup fish stock
- 3 sprigs Dill
- 4 ozs cooked crayfish (Fresh or Frozen), or Jumbo Shrimp
- salt

Preparation steps
Peel carrots and celery root and cut into narrow strips about 2 inches long.
Peel garlic and finely chop.
Combine carrots, celery root, garlic, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and fish stock in a pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat until vegetables are tender, 7-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, rinse the dill, shake dry and pluck leaves.
Place crayfish tails on top of vegetables in pot, cover and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes more.
Remove crayfish tails from pot. Stir dill into vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and serve with the crayfish tails.
