½ bunch Dill
1 Tbsp dairy free butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 ½ ozs non-alcoholic white wine
peppers
6 ozs crab meat
7 ozs sliced Smoked salmon

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain in a colander and drain.

In the meantime, clean the spring onions, wash and cut diagonally into pieces approx. 1.5 inches long. Wash dill, shake dry and chop.

Heat butter and olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté spring onions in it for 5 minutes over medium heat.

4.

Mix in pasta and dill, deglaze with wine and steam for another 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp, chop smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and fold in. Arrange pasta with smoked salmon without cream on plates and serve.
