Preparation steps

Blanch the peaches in boiling water. Rinse with cold water, remove the skin and dice the flesh. Rinse and halve the grapes. Ball the melon flesh with a melon baller. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Toss the fruit salad with the vanilla syrup and lime juice. Allow to sit for 20 minutes.

To serve: Garnish and serve with mint in individual bowls.
