3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse asparagus, peel the bottom third and cut off the ends. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain.

2.

Meanwhile rinse and finely chop radishes. Chop about 2 tablespoons of radish leaves. Mix the radish pieces and chopped leaves with lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve asparagus garnished with the radish salsa.
