1 organic Orange
4 sprigs Lemon thyme (or Thyme)
1 Tbsp Coriander
1 tsp pink peppercorns
½ tsp white peppercorns
120 milliliters vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the orange in hot water then pat dry. Finely grate half of the zest from the orange. Halve the orange and squeeze the juice. 

2.

Rinse the thyme, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Finely crush the coriander, pink pepper, and the white pepper in a mortar. Mix the spice mixture with the orange juice, orange zest, thyme, and the oil. 

3.

This goes especially well with poultry. Marinate the poultry with the marinade for at least 2 hours before cooking.
