- 1 sprig Lemon balm (to taste)

Preparation steps

Peel and halve the papaya and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Cut flesh into chunks.

Squeeze oranges.

Add papaya and orange juice to blender jar. Add frozen raspberries straight from the package. Blend everything together to a smooth puree. Garnish with lemon balm to taste and serve immediately.
