- 600 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 6 Tbsps Noilly Prat
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- herb salt
- freshly ground white peppers
- 1 bunch Dill
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 30 grams Salmon caviar
Preparation steps

Rinse cucumber and cut lengthwise with a slicer into thin slices. Whisk together grapeseed oil, 3 tablespoons vermouth and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the cucumber slices and allow to infuse for 1 hour.

Mix sour cream with the rest of vermouth until smooth and refine with chopped dill, salt and pepper. Set aside a pair of dill branches for garnish.

Lay cucumber slices side by side on the work surface. Cover each with a slice of salmon, drizzle with lemon juice and gently roll up. Put salmon rolls on the dill sauce and serve with caviar and dill branches.
