1 Tbsp vegetable oil
300 grams Ground beef
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 tsp Sambal oelek
2 tsps ground paprika (sweet)

freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps finely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop onion. Rinse and halve peppers, then remove seeds and ribs and cut into large cubes.

Heat oil in a wok. Add onion and beef and stir-fry about 2 minutes. Stir in peppers and tomato paste. Add broth, paprika and sambal oelek. Season with salt and pepper and simmer 5 minutes more. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
