- 2 heaping Tbsps cream cheese
- 2 tsps grated Horseradish (from a jar)
- salt
- 1 carrot
- ½ bunch Dill
- 2 Whole-grain English muffins
- 2 smoked trout (each about 1.75 ounces)

1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Box grater, 1 Small knife, 1 Toaster
Preparation steps
1.
Place cream cheese in a small bowl, mix with the horseradish and season with salt.
2.
Peel carrot and grate coarsely on a box grater.
3.
Rinse the dill, shake dry and pluck the fronds.
4.
Toast the muffins. Top with horseradish mixture and sprinkle with 2/3 of the dill.
5.
Divide grated carrots over toasts. Flake trout into pieces and divide over toasts. Garnish with remaining dill and serve.
