Nutritional values
Its slightly spicy flavor owes arugula to the so-called glucosinolates. These secondary plant compounds repel bacteria and molds and can thus protect against diseases. A good portion of muscle-strengthening protein is provided by Salmon on the plate.
The asparagus salad with salmon gets a slightly fruity flavor from the strawberries. If you prefer something more classic, you can also replace the fruit with cherry tomatoes.
