1 Red Bell pepper
1 large Orange
1 bunch Radish
70 milliliters freshly pressed Orange juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
5 Tbsps Soy creamer
Sea salt
1 tsp pink peppercorns (or colorful peppercorns)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and clean spinach, spin dry. Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into cubes. Peel orange and cut pulp into small cubes. Rinse radish and cut into slices. Mix all ingredients. 

2.

Whisk orange juice with lemon juice and soy cream, season with salt.

3.

Toss salad with the dressing and arrange on 2 plates. Crush peppercorns with a broad knife and sprinkle over salad. Serve.
