- 5 ozs Whole-wheat elbow pasta
- salt
- 3 ozs Peas (frozen)
- 4 ozs cooked ham
- 3 ozs Gouda
- 4 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- 2 Tbsps light Mayonnaise
- 2 small Oranges
- salt
- peppers
- ½ lemon

Preparation steps
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
In the meantime, cut ham and cheese into approximately 1/4 inch pieces and mix in a bowl.
Add yogurt and mayonnaise.
2 minutes before the pasta is cooked, put the peas in the pot and continue to cook.
Drain pasta mixture in a sieve, rinse briefly and drain well.
Peel the oranges with a knife, removing all white skin.
Remove orange segments from the separating membranes with a sharp knife, cut into small pieces, add to ham and cheese and mix well. Squeeze lemon.
Add the drained pasta and peas to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Marinate 15 minutes. Season again before serving.
