Preparation steps

1.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, rinse and halve beans lengthwise. Cook beans in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.

For the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions, rinse with cold water and drain.

Rinse bok choy leaves. Cut the white stalks into cubes. Finely slice the green leaves.

Cut the meat into strips.

In a wok, heat some oil. Sear meat on all sides and push to the side. Add the boy choy stem cubes first, then the greens. Stir-fry. Add green beans and pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
