2 Tbsps brown Almond butter
2 Tbsps Almond flour
3 Tbsps Date Syrup
1 pinch salt
7 ozs unpeeled almonds
2 Oranges

1 Cutting board, 1 Knife, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Food processor or powerful mixer, 1 Skillet

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Finely puree the silk tofu together with the almond paste, almond flour, syrup, vanilla pulp and salt until an even cream is obtained.

2.

Roast almonds in a pan without fat at medium heat until they smell, then let them cool down. Then grind 6 ounce in a powerful mixer and stir into the cream. Coarsely chop the rest.

3.

Peel oranges, cut 8 slices out of one orange and put aside. Finely dice the remaining flesh.

4.

Alternate layers of cream, orange cubes and roasted almonds in glasses, ending with cream. Serve garnished with orange slices and a few chopped almonds.
