1 Tbsp Tarragon mustard
2 Tbsps White vinegar

1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

Rinse cucumber thoroughly and cut in half lengthwise. Cut cucumber into thin slices, lightly salt and drain in a sieve for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, rinse, trim and spin dry watercress and sorrel. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Peel onion, halve and slice into thin slices.
