- 2 Mandarin orange (or tangerines)
- 1 small Lime
- 1 small fresh Figs
- Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Juicer, 1 Ice Crusher (or blender), 1 Peeler
Preparation steps

Rinse and coarsely chop carrots.

Squeeze juice from mandarines and lime.
3.
Gently rinse figs with warm water, then pat dry and slice thinly.
4.
Using an electric juicer, juice carrots.
5.
Crush ice cubes with an ice crusher (or in a blender). Fill a glass with ice, then mix in carrot, mandarin orange and lime juices. Garnish with fig slices and serve immediately.
